We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will support the CNC machine setup and operations, helping to ensure accurate and high-quality production of machined components. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience who want to build a career in precision manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and operating CNC milling/turning machines.
Load raw material and tools into machines.
Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
Perform basic inspection of finished components using measurement tools.
Maintain records of production and inspection.
Follow all safety and quality protocols.
Clean and maintain machine tools and the working area.
Coordinate with senior operators and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience as a CNC Operator or Machine Helper.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
