Profile Requirement:-

8+ years experience in Account / Finance (1st Preference will be Retail background will also consider other sector background also)

Proficiency in Accounting knowledge and Excel skills, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Possesses leadership qualities and a proven ability to mentor & guide fellow Assistant Cluster accountants

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Conduct Periodical audit and take corrective actions for deviation as per company guidelines for internal controls.
Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Process by the store finance team.
Inventory controlling in terms of review of shrinkage
Prepare and review the MIS for stores and ensure completeness of the same.
Accounting & Reconciliation of revenue, cost, receivables & payables.
Do trouble shooting for store finance related customer issues.
Physical verification of Fixed assets.
Compliance of Indirect taxes.
Liasioning with the bankers and finance company and various authorities and consultants to resolve any store related issues.
Scheduling & training of store finance team.
Compilation of various reports required by SO from time to time.
