ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Job Description: You will be responsible for creating and implementing brand strategies for Bonita, including ATL and BTL communication strategies, brand promotion strategies, and brand positioning strategies. Your role will involve developing marketing policies for effective brand promotion, identifying and managing brand partners for communication objectives, and coordinating with the PR agency to ensure effective PR communication. You will manage all marketing activities for the brand, devise innovative methods for brand recognition, handle social media content and online PR, and create POS materials and displays with end-to-end responsibility. Additionally, you will oversee brand materials like catalogues, fliers, promotional material, e-mailers, and co-promotions, and ensure proper display of products and branding materials at dealer showrooms nationwide. Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for a self-starter who is smart, confident, and intelligent, capable of working independently without supervision. You should be result-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and pressure, and possess an MBA or graduate degree.,
