Channel: Agency Channel (also known as Tide channel in Kotak Life)
Role: Same as RDM (recruiting advisors); one step below Branch Manager a strong growth opportunity.
Eligibility: Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance experience. Candidates must be doing 67x of current CTC as business. Earning incentives is mandatory. Ideal for high-performing RDMs (even those earning below 4 LPA), but only if they meet business criteria.
Documents Required: Form 16, Latest Payslips, Bank Statements
Target: 6x of current CTC similar to Champion Role in Reliance Life
Process: Upload profiles in any RDM code, share with Jayanth, and CC to Sarthak.
Closure Timeline: Jayanth will close within 3 days.
