What would you do We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Power BI and SharePoint Analyst to support our business intelligence and collaboration platforms. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, manage SharePoint environments, and support cross-functional teams in data-driven decision-making.

What are we looking for Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Preffered), Business Analytics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Power BI and SharePoint administration and development.Strong experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data modeling).Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem).Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem:Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams.Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.Understanding of REST APIs and integration methods (preferred).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs.
Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.Translate business needs into technical specifications and create effective data models.Optimize Power BI data sets and DAX queries for performance and scalability.Maintain data integrity, refresh schedules, and troubleshoot issues in published reports.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve reporting capabilities.Administer and maintain SharePoint Online/On-Premise sites and libraries.Design and customize SharePoint sites, lists, workflows, and forms (e.g., using Power Automate, InfoPath, or Power Apps).Manage user permissions, site structure, and content lifecycle policies.Provide user support and training on SharePoint features and best practices.Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security policies.
