Position Name: Team Member, Procurement Service Centre - Mandarin Language Department: Procurement Central Functions (BZ) Qualifications: Chinese Language with SKILL level of HSK 5 or Graduate in Chinese Language Experience: 0 - 8 years Location: Chakan, Pune Reporting to: Head - Procurement Central Functions Purpose of the Position: Voice and Email Support for Procurement Systems In this role, you will handle inbound calls/emails from customers (buyers & suppliers) and answer questions or address any concerns they might have in English & Chinese Language. Initial training about the systems will be given to you after joining.
