As an MSD CRM Architect, your job purpose is to utilize deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) and integration. Key skills required for this role include a minimum of 14+ years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience, hands-on development experience in writing plugins, working on large transformation programs in onshore-offshore delivery model, client-facing engagement experience, at least one end-to-end implementation with integration, design and coding experience in skills such as Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM, experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes, familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A degree in BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience is required. Preferred skills include prior experience as an architect on globally distributed projects, 6+ years of experience in architecting solutions, MVP recognition, Fast Track recognized Solution Architect recognition, and D365 CRM Certification.
