Production Manager TMS Plant CTC: 1418 LPA (up to 20 LPA for exceptional candidates) Experience: 1520 years | Qualification: DME/BE Mechanical Domain: Thermal Management Systems (EV/HVAC/Battery Cooling) Job descriptions: Production Manager - TMS Lead thermal systems manufacturing, optimize OEE using Lean tools, ensure IATF compliance, manage automated assembly lines. Maintenance Manager - TMS Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HVAC systems, implement validation protocols, reduce downtime. PED Manager - TMS Design thermal components, optimize processes via VSM/DFMEA, support NPI and cost reduction initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead high-volume production of thermal components (heat exchangers, cooling plates, HVAC systems). Optimize OEE and implement Lean practices (5S, VSM, Kaizen) for TMS assembly lines. Validate thermal processes (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure compliance with IATF 16949/ISO 9001 . Manage automated systems (PLC-controlled screwing, leak testing, glue dispensing). Drive cost reduction and cycle time improvement projects. Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have: 15+ years in automotive/industrial thermal systems production Expertise in thermal validation (e.g., battery cooling, heat pump systems) 3. Hands-on experience with OEE, SPC, and Six Sigma (DMAIC) Maintenance Manager – TMS Plant Key Responsibilities Lead predictive and preventive maintenance for thermal equipment (heat exchangers, chillers, coolant pumps) Troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley) and hydraulic/pneumatic systems in automated TMS assembly lines Validate equipment performance through IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and ensure compliance with IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Optimize OEE by minimizing downtime and implementing Lean practices (5S, Kaizen) 2. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for critical thermal components 3. Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Have: 15+ years in maintenance leadership within automotive/industrial thermal systems 3. Expertise in thermal equipment (e.g., laser welding machines, aging testers for battery packs) 4 Certifications: Lean Six Sigma, ITIL (for maintenance workflows) PED Manager (IE/ME) – TMS Plant Key Responsibilities Process Engineering: Design and optimize thermal system assembly lines (coolant loops, heat exchangers) using VSM, line balancing, and time-motion studies 6. Implement Lean tools (5S, SMED) to reduce cycle times and improve OEE. Mechanical Design: Lead CAD/CAE for thermal components (e.g., cooling plates, insulation designs) 6.
