Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manager- Prescription to drive engagement with key MEP and Fire consultants across Delhi NCR. The role involves securing product approvals in upcoming infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects by influencing decision-makers and specifiers at the consultant level. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with leading MEP, HVAC, and Fire consultants across Delhi NCR. Drive specifications and product approvals in consultant-led projects across real estate, infrastructure, commercial, and industrial segments. Track upcoming projects through consultants and ensure timely engagement for product positioning and technical discussions. Coordinate with internal sales team to pass on qualified leads for closures and execution. Conduct product presentations, technical sessions, and regular follow-ups with consultants and specifiers. Monitor and update CRM on project tracking, consultant meetings, and follow-up actions. Ensure that Aska products remain top-of-mind and are preferred in consultant BOQs/specifications. Organize and participate in consultant events, exhibitions, and technical seminars. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in engaging with MEP/Fire consultants or project influencers in the building materials, fire safety, or construction industry. Strong network of consultants and specifiers in Delhi NCR is a must. Knowledge of fire safety systems, MEP components, or related technical products will be an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, target-oriented, and able to independently handle consultant mapping and engagement. Ability to understand technical products and explain benefits to technical audiences. Educational Qualification: MBA (preferred) or equivalent postgraduate qualification Graduation in Engineering or Science is added advantage
