As a Control Project Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in the engineering and commissioning of PLC/ASRS/Loopsorter systems and field wiring for projects in material handling within various sectors such as Airports, Warehousing, and Parcel services. Your responsibilities will include on-site commissioning and close collaboration with Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Site Installation team, R&D team, and Project leader engineering to ensure the proper engineering and commissioning of material handling systems. Your core tasks will involve utilizing your Project Engineering and Commissioning experience, particularly with Siemens/Allen Bradley PLC systems and HMI and SCADA systems. You should be adept at interpreting and comprehending electrical layouts and Wiring Diagrams, as well as possessing practical knowledge of electrical cabinet design and field wiring on-site. Additionally, familiarity with I/O bus systems such as ASI, Profibus, Profinet, Fibre Optic, Can Bus, and Ethernet will be essential for this role. Your role will also require practical hands-on experience in Power and Control systems, including cabinets, field materials (sensors, motor, Frequency Drive, etc.), and configuring hardware like Frequency drives. You will be responsible for conducting various tests like Cabinet FAT, SAT, ISAT, using equipment such as Megger, HV tests, and overseeing the installation of electrical components during system commissioning. Furthermore, as a Control Project Engineer II, you should be prepared to work at heights, travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time), and thrive in a multicultural environment. Your skillset should encompass knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment, power and control systems, industrial automation with PLC, field bus systems, and communication protocols. Soft skills such as excellent communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, a positive attitude towards learning, flexibility, proactiveness, and self-motivation are highly valued in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Electricals, Electronics, or Instrumentation with a minimum aggregate of 60% marks is required for this position.,
