We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in acquiring ash disposal orders and procurement contracts from thermal power plants and steel plants. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, participate in tenders and bids, and leverage existing contacts to expand our market presence in the ash management sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyze potential clients in the thermal power and steel industries for ash disposal and procurement needs. Tender & Bid Participation: Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals for tenders and bids to secure ash disposal and procurement contracts. Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at power plants and steel plants through direct contacts, meetings, and industry events. Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations to finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with regulatory standards. Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, government policies, and competitive landscape related to ash management. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth execution of contracts. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and contracts. Provide regular updates to management on business development activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or procurement within the power or steel sector. Should have good database of Thermal Power plants / Cement / RMC / Mines Strong understanding of ash disposal and procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze tender documents and prepare compelling bids. Proactive approach with a strong network of industry contacts. Result-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Ash Handling Plant (AHP) Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operations of our Ash Handling Plant. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience in managing AHP systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations, and leading a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling dry and wet ash disposal systems and must be fluent in Telugu for effective coordination with ground staff and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of Ash Handling Plant (AHP) systems including ESP, dry ash, and wet ash handling. Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of ash evacuation from Electrostatic Precipitators (ESP), Furnace Bottom Ash (FBA), and Fly Ash systems. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to ash disposal and management. Coordinate with the power plant O&M team and external vendors for timely maintenance activities. Perform root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions. Maintain logs, reports, and MIS for ash generation and disposal. Lead a team of technicians and field operators, providing technical support and guidance. Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure statutory compliance for ash utilization and disposal. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues in ash handling systems. Oversee daily operations of the Ash Handling Plant to ensure maximum efficiency and safety. Monitor and optimize ash transportation, disposal, and storage processes. Implement maintenance schedules and troubleshooting procedures for AHP equipment. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards related to ash handling. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and safety teams to address operational issues. Prepare and analyze operational reports, suggest improvements, and implement best practices. Train and mentor staff in operational protocols and safety procedures. Maintain documentation related to plant operations, safety audits, and compliance. Requirements: Any degree with Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Ash Handling Plant (AHP) operations in a thermal power plant. Thorough knowledge of ash handling equipment such as SSC, HCSD, Vacuum Systems, Pressure Conveying Systems. Understanding of power plant processes and safety standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Must be fluent in Telugu (speaking, reading, and writing). Speaking in English and Hindi will be a plus. Strong experience in MIS reports
