Role & responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the UHT section (milk, beverages, cream, etc.). Ensure optimal performance of UHT sterilizers, homogenizers, aseptic tanks, and filling machines. Monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, and holding time for process compliance. Studying various industry practices and map the best Packaging and Processing Norms. Ensuring that the category wise business plans are consistent with the companys overall objectives and goals. Executing various best industry practices in plant operation management. To execute the developed business plan. To explore the best technology available and bring into use after making cost and benefit analysis. Ensuring following of regulatory norms and standard in all stages of packaging and operations. Ensuring minimum wastage while handling the products during processing. Preferred candidate profile : Qualification : Graduate /Engineer in Dairy / MBA Years Of Experience: 7-12 Years Preferred industry : Dairy/FMCG Location : Gorakhpur Plant
