To be able to provide solution in RFP’s related to AS400 To be able to estimate for projects/requirements in AS400 Must be able to adapt to do tool development on AS400 side Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently Must be willing to work in all location within Chennai Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude Roles and responsibilities: He/She will be part of the Legacy Modernization team. He/She will be responsible for maintaining the Legacy Modernization analytical model and implementing it in various consulting engagements. He/She is also responsible for the deliverables for those consulting projects which will include the Application assessment, Implementation roadmap, Total Cost of Ownership and Return of Investment. He/She will work closely with the Onsite team (working from the Customer location) and Client, helping their projects in implementing this framework. There would be requirement for customization in the framework for different system applications based on the technology they are using and He/She will be able to understand the requirement and will modify the framework accordingly. He/She will also be involved during the actual implementation phase of the project to provide better guidance and best practices to improve the overall quality of Cognizant’s deliverable to the client in projects. It would be an added advantage if he/she has prior experience on Modernization Projects / has Partner solution experience with vendors like Infinite, ARCAD, Fresche Solutions, BluAge.
