About The Role: Are you someone who thrives on the chase, loves cracking new accounts, and doesn’t wait for leads to fall in your lap? We want hunters — self-driven individuals who can aggressively scout and close new HoReCa clients in high-potential Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, high-energy field sales role that requires hustle, hunger, and a passion for winning in competitive markets. Duties & Responsibilities: Hunt New Business: Actively scout, approach, and convert new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, cafs, etc.) in your territory. Pitch with Passion: Present our product line with energy, confidence, and pride — showing customers how these offerings can simplify their operations, boost their menu appeal, and drive customer satisfaction. Solution Selling: Understand client pain points and show how our products solve real challenges and elevate their service. Drive Demand: Position our products as revenue enablers — tools that help customers improve margins and repeat business Own the Sales Funnel: Generate leads, manage follow-ups, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor, not just a seller — create long-term client connections built on trust and product value. Deliver Results: Achieve and exceed sales targets with consistency and drive. About The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Brand Ambassador – Culinary to actively engage with HoReCa clients, conduct product demonstrations, and drive sales growth. You will be the face of our brand in the market, promoting our range of culinary and related products through live demos, tastings, and customer engagement, with a focus on conversion and revenue growth. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct on-site product demos and tastings in HoReCa establishments to showcase our culinary solutions and product applications. Actively approach and engage potential clients (hotels, cafes, bars, restaurants) to introduce and promote the brand. Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits, with tailored pitches based on their needs. About the role The Nutrition Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the nutrition segment of our food and beverage portfolio. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and effectively communicating the benefits of our products to achieve sales targets. Duties & responsibilities Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the nutrition segment. Identify and engage potential clients, including distributors, retailers, and health professionals. Conduct market research to understand consumer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams.
