Art & Music Teacher

• Curriculum Development and Delivery:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Teach a range of art techniques (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.) or musical concepts (music theory, instrument instruction, vocal performance).
• Adapt lessons to suit students with varying skill levels and learning styles.
• Classroom Management and Instruction:
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of artistic techniques or musical concepts.
• Guide students in developing their skills and fostering a love for art or music.
• Assessment and Feedback:
• Evaluate student work (projects, performances, assignments) and provide constructive feedback.
• Track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Prepare students for assessments, exams, or performances.
• Extracurricular Activities:
• Organize and lead school performances, recitals, or art exhibitions.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art and music into the broader curriculum.
• May participate in school events, competitions, or field trips related to art or music.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in art and music education.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.
• May mentor other teachers or collaborate on curriculum development.
• Resource Management:
• Maintain an inventory of art supplies or musical instruments.
• May be responsible for ordering and managing resources.
• Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
• Communicate effectively with other teachers and school staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
