Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs, emphasizing the value and advantages of our offerings. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding customer requirements and pain points. Sales Conversion: Convert leads into confirmed sales by overcoming objections, negotiating effectively, and closing deals. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Follow-Up: Follow up on potential leads and customer inquiries to ensure timely closure of deals and customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and address customer queries effectively. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales processes and achieve collective goals. Maintain Sales Documentation: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses as required. Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently. Familiarity with basic computer skills. Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
