Build dashboards and alerts using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Establish SLAs and SLOs for AI/RPA models and pipelines. Collaborate with AI teams to integrate observability into model lifecycles. Document anomalies and assist in root cause analysis and mitigation. Qualifications: Bachelors in Data Science, IT, or a related field. 2+ years in systems monitoring, SRE, or MLOps. Experience with model monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow, Arize, WhyLabs). Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycles and performance metrics. Background in healthcare or compliance-heavy environments is ideal.
