This role requires an individual with a strong financial background, excellent analytical skills, and proven proficiency in Argus Enterprise software to assess investment feasibility and performance. What this job involves Financial Modeling and Analysis Develop accurate and comprehensive financial models using Argus Enterprise software for existing and potential commercial real estate investments. Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment feasibility and performance. Continuously monitor and update property-level financial models to reflect market changes, lease updates, and other pertinent information. Collaboration and Reporting Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset management teams to validate property financials and assumptions . Assist in due diligence and underwriting processes , including property financial analysis and market research. Desired Skills and Experience Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, preferably in the commercial real estate industry . Technical Proficiency Strong proficiency in using Argus Enterprise software for financial modeling. Advanced knowledge of Excel , including financial functions and macros. Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and understanding of property-level financials. Key Attributes Excellent quantitative and analytical skills , with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
