About the Role: The B2B Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving business revenue and profitability targets through effective sales strategies, technical support, and customer relationship management. This role involves identifying market opportunities, introducing new products, and building strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs while keeping up-to-date with industry trends. Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales performance to meet revenue, profitability, and volume targets. Execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to clients. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions. Market Insights & Business Development: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase products and generate leads. Reporting & Analysis: Provide forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to support business planning. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement. Support the introduction of new products and solutions to the market.
