Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Employment Type: Full-time Department: Distribution Gender Preference: Male Experience Required: 2-7 years in CCTV, Structured Cabling, Passive Networking, IT Industry, or similar industry Education: Any Graduate Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in driving sales of IT hardware products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the IT industry, particularly in structured cabling and CCTV solutions. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Honeywell SCS solutions to achieve targeted revenue. Maintain and expand the customer base with proven expertise. Identify potential partners and onboard them with specified business commitments. Penetrate large accounts and facilitate brand empanelment to create Rate Contracts (RCs). Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities. Manage sales activities related to structured cabling within the assigned territory. Provide end-to-end client management and necessary support. Respond to inquiries promptly and ensure timely closure of deals. Map and manage sales funnel effectively. Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Proven ability to develop new leads and forecast sales accurately. Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
