Job Description


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sales, collection, and operations teams within the banking industry. Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead and manage sales, collection, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and set clear targets for the team.
  • Drive incremental growth in book size while maintaining portfolio health and hygiene.
  • Ensure sales and collection targets are met or exceeded.
  • Establish partnerships with relevant sourcing agents and build alternate sourcing channels.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the sales process and implement best practices to streamline sales operations.
  • Focus on fee income generation and cost-effective process management, optimizing revenue streams while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Train and provide technical expertise to Relationship Managers and Field Sales Staff on various financial products, ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate with the corporate team to customize products as per specific regional requirements, ensuring they meet local market demands.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to maximize product penetration within the portfolio and identify opportunities to promote related products and services.
  • Maintain a Nil NPA portfolio by actively monitoring and managing credit risks, implementing effective risk mitigation measures.

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, collection, and operations teams within the banking industry.
  • Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive business growth and expansion is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience in establishing partnerships with relevant sourcing agents and building alternate sourcing channels is necessary.
