Area Sales Executive

QBC is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kothamangalam. If you have experience in FMCG sales and are motivated to take initiative, build strong client relationships, and grow within a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell QBC’s hygiene products within the assigned territory
• Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market visits to onboard retailers and distributors
• Gather market intelligence and share competitor insights
• Ensure timely collections and proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Submit regular sales reports and updates

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in FMCG sales (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks
• Familiarity with local market dynamics in Kothamangalam
• Language: Proficiency in Malayalam; basic English or Hindi is a plus
