Experience

- Bachelor’s degree; a background in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is a plus.

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive parts or car care industry (B2B experience is advantageous).

- Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

About the Role

As an Area Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, nurturing long-term relationships, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support. Your expertise will contribute to our market presence and overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new customers to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Convert prospects into customers and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address client concerns professionally.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
  • Present product demonstrations and attend relevant industry events.
  • Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Travel within the assigned territory to expand the client base and ensure brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
