Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and confident female sales executives to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into buyers, and providing excellent client service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media

· Respond to leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule client meetings

· Conduct property presentations and site visits

· Explain features, advantages, pricing, and terms of real estate projects

· Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

· Maintain regular follow-up with clients until deal closure

· Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for smooth lead handling

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Requirements:

· Only female candidates may apply

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate or direct sales

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Pleasant personality with a professional appearance

· Ability to work independently and handle clients with confidence

· Must be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits

· Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills

· Qualification: Graduate (any stream preferred)
