We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Receivables Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the receivable portfolio for the assigned area, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan disbursement. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receivables management, providing insights for business decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing receivables management. Lead and motivate a team of professionals responsible for managing receivables operations, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services, including loans, deposits, and other financial instruments. Proven experience in managing large portfolios of receivables, preferably in the BFSI industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and developing high-performing teams.
