Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales. Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
