Job Title: Area Business Executive - Ethicon

Locations: Bangalore ( East)

Job Description

Meeting doctors and OT staff, promotion and demand generation for the requisite product portfolio.
To ensure complete coverage of doctors as per the specifications and classifications given by the Company.
To implement the sales strategies in the respective territory of the Company.
To collect the various relevant market information & submit it to the ABM.
To respect and work within the systems and the values of the company.

Qualification

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc, B.Pharma, etc.)
Alternative: Non-science graduates may apply only if they have current healthcare industry experience of 1.5+ years.
Diploma Candidates (D.Pharma): Must have a minimum of 1.5 years relevant experience in the healthcare sector.

Experience Requirements:

Science Graduates: Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
Non-Science Graduates: Minimum 1.5 years of current experience with a recognized healthcare company.
D.Pharma Candidates: Minimum 1.5 years of relevant healthcare industry experience.

Key Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth understanding of the healthcare sales process
Ability to build lasting relationships with medical professionals
Strategic thinking with a proactive approach
High integrity and commitment to ethical practices
