Job Responsibilities:- Recruiting and onboarding On role insurance advisors to create a robust and competent distribution team. Training, mentoring, and guiding advisors on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance matters. Driving sales through the advisor channel by inspiring and assisting advisors in achieving their individual targets. Formulating strategies and campaigns to generate leads and enhance sales performance. Regularly assessing team performance and providing coaching to ensure ongoing improvement. Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and adherence to IRDAI regulations. Maintaining precise MIS reports, tracking sales, and documentation through CRM systems. Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance sales or BFSI sales. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated capability to inspire and oversee teams, achieve sales objectives, and enhance performance. A solid understanding of local markets along with a robust professional network. Desirable Qualifications:- A bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing). Previous experience in life insurance or agency recruitment. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems. Success in this position is characterized by your capability to:- Achieve and surpass monthly recruitment and sales objectives for advisors. Develop a reliable and effective team of advisors with strong retention rates. Guarantee elevated levels of customer satisfaction and advisor involvement. Uphold compliance and effectively oversee reporting procedures. Make a positive impact on the companys reputation and market visibility. Compensation:- Base Salary: 5.0 8.0 LPA (varies based on experience) Additional: Incentives based on performance, commissions for advisors, bonuses awarded quarterly and annually, as well as rewards for contests.
