Key Responsibilities:

●Develop architectural plans, drawings, and design concepts

●Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors

●Visit sites and ensure execution aligns with approved plans

●Prepare 3D visualizations, renders, and working drawings

●Ensure adherence to local building codes and safety regulations

●Assist in project budgeting, timelines, and material selection

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

●Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, 3DS Max

●Strong visualization and creative design skills

●Understanding of construction detailing and project lifecycle

●Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

●Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

●Previous experience with residential or commercial construction projects

●Knowledge of sustainable design practices
