About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Design residential and commercial projects in compliance with current municipal regulations. 2. Develop and revise floor plans, elevations, and working/sales drawings throughout various construction phases. 3. Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or 3ds Max to create detailed visual representations. 4. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and the business development team to facilitate project approvals. 5. Lead architectural projects from concept development through to execution and completion. 6. Ensure adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant legal standards. 7. Prepare comprehensive design proposals, technical drawings, and specifications. 8. Collaborate closely with structural engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. 9. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and maintain quality standards. 10. Address and resolve any design or execution issues encountered during the construction process. 11. Stay informed about evolving architectural trends, tools, and industry best practices.
