Lead architectural design and planning of projects from concept to execution. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, working drawings, and BOQs. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities. Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance. Manage site visits to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards. Guide and mentor junior architects and interns in the team. Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite. Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for smooth integration. Prepare and present client proposals and reports
