This role involves identifying and converting high-potential leads, achieving sales targets, and solidifying the companys reputation as the go-to provider for premium residential solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base, focusing on HNIs, luxury residences, and premium projects. 1. Strategic Partnerships Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry stakeholders to create a steady pipeline of high-value leads. Represent the company at key networking events, fostering collaborations and enhancing brand visibility. Client Consultation & Negotiation Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure seamless deal closures with favorable terms for both the client and the company. Product Expertise & Presentations Leverage in-depth product knowledge to present our luxury wood fenestration solutions to clients, highlighting the craftsmanship, sustainability, and unique value propositions of our products.
