Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years (preferably in residential/commercial projects)

Job Description:

Royallinks is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and coordinating architectural drawings and designs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are aesthetically appealing, functional, and as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare conceptual and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Develop architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Work closely with the site and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
• Assist in material selection, mood boards, and presentation drawings.
• Visit project sites for design coordination and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, by-laws, and regulations.
• Support in obtaining necessary approvals and permits as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; Revit or Lumion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, design aesthetics, and construction detailing.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle client interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Work Timings:
