Job Description

The Architect Officer will be responsible for creating, managing, and submitting CAD drawings through online platforms and ensuring accurate file admission and documentation.
The role requires proficiency in CAD software, attention to detail, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, update, and manage architectural CAD drawings based on project requirements.
Submit CAD files and related documentation through designated online portals or platforms.
Review and verify drawing files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards before submission.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure file readiness.
Maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval and version control of all drawings and documents.
Track submission statuses and follow up on feedback or approvals from clients or regulatory bodies.
Assist in preparing project documentation and reports related to architectural drawings and file admission.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations related to architectural documentation.
Provide support for other architecture-related tasks as assigned by the senior architect or project manager.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar). Experience with online submission platforms for architectural drawings.
Good understanding of architectural design, building codes, and documentation standards. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
