Architect – Liaison

· Min Experience of 4 yrs in Regulatory field

· Knowledge of DCPR2034 and related norms

· Capability to learn new regulations, norms and decode the regulations

· Will require to prepare and compile presentations & submissions for and attend the Regulatory meetings with authorities like MOEF, HRC

· Should have knowledge about submission drgs. Shall verify the drgs prepared by consultant's. Shall prepare/get done regulatory submission drgs for various authorities as and when needed viz. BMC, HRC, MOEF, CFO, Tree etc

· Coordinate with in-house teams at concept stage to verify the design is as per norms and suggest ways to improvise

· Coordinate with consultants and team in getting necessary submissions done for various authorities

· Shall be eager to learn new regulations, acts, norms and stay up to date with latest modifications

· Shall maintain and monitor compliance and facilitate them timely

· Knowledge of AutoDCR will be added benefit
