Job Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES- Assist in the development of architectural concepts, schematic designs, and space planning. Prepare design presentations, diagrams, renderings, and models to communicate design intent. Conduct site analysis and research on zoning codes, building materials, and precedent studies. Assist in the production of detailed construction drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules. Support the preparation of permit and tender packages, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Coordinate and incorporate feedback from internal design reviews. Attend team meetings, take notes, and help track project tasks and deliverables. JOB REQUIREMENTS- Strong design skills and a well-curated portfolio showcasing academic or professional projects. Proficiency in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; 3D rendering tools are a plus. Basic understanding of construction techniques, materials, and documentation standards.
