Job Description

As a Salesforce Architect specializing in Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of unified customer data strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud. With a total IT experience of 8+ years and a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will play a crucial role in architecting scalable multi-channel solutions for campaign execution. Your role will involve deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, encompassing data unification, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, data streams, and harmonization rules. Additionally, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio, along with proficiency in development using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. You will need to demonstrate leadership skills by leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior architects, and managing integrations with Salesforce core clouds and external systems. Your ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and design real-time and batch-based data ingestion and activation flows will be critical for the success of projects. Furthermore, your experience in Agile environments, familiarity with ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Talend, and awareness of data privacy laws and compliance standards will be valuable assets in this role. Your responsibilities will also include creating documentation, standards, and best practices, ensuring governance, compliance, and high delivery quality across engagements. In addition to the technical skills required for this role, certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, and Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant are mandatory. Nice-to-have certifications include Salesforce Administrator (ADM201), Platform Developer I, and Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist. Overall, as a Salesforce Architect specializing in Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and enhance business performance.,
