Architect (B. Arch. / M. Arch.)

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Architect with 2-4 years of experience to become part of our dynamic team. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a strong design sense and proficiency in architectural software like SketchUp, CAD, and Revit. Although experience in industrial projects is desirable, it is not a mandatory requirement. Your main responsibilities will include developing architectural concepts in collaboration with Senior Architects, ensuring they meet client requirements, and creating client presentation materials to effectively communicate these concepts. You will work closely with design and engineering teams to produce schematic-level designs and detailed plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining essential project documents such as Material Pallets, Finishing Schedules, and various other schedules related to architectural elements. During the execution phase of projects, you will conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide necessary clarifications to contractors on design and construction matters. It is crucial to adhere to regional building codes and ensure compliance in all design work. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch. / M. Arch.) with 3-4 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in industrial projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD, and Revit is required, while knowledge of additional graphic software is considered a plus. Strong design skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively are essential. A comprehensive understanding of regional building codes, attention to detail, and meeting project deadlines are also important qualities. Candidates from Gujarat and those with prior experience in Industrial Projects will be given preference.
