Architect

Company Overview:

Art Interiorz is a creative interior and architectural design firm based in Nagpur. We specialize in delivering thoughtful and functional designs for both residential and commercial spaces. As we grow, we’re looking for a talented Architect with 1–3 years of hands-on experience and expertise in 3D rendering to join our design studio.

Responsibilities:

• Design architectural layouts for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
• Develop 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure proper execution of plans.
• Make regular site visits for inspection, measurement, and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
• Work with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion for rendering and presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Must be proficient in 3D rendering tools like SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.
• Ability to create accurate technical drawings and working layouts.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, construction detailing, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
