The Lead Analyst, Value Management provides transparency into the achievement of CMEs targeted outcomes and value creation across the Product Operating Model, and enables the move to data-driven decision-making. Value Management focuses on defining, measuring and analysing performance of portfolios, developing data models, dashboards, implementing tools and technologies to support portfolio analysis and supporting portfolios with forecasting and value realization planning. This team is required to provide timely information to drive data driven decisions and transparency of performance and delivery which are essential to support Portfolio operations. Principal Accountabilities Work with Senior stakeholders in Portfolio and Technology to manage budget allocated for the year for Opex and Capex Understand the requirements of Portfolio and Technology and work with business leaders to provide inputs to Finance for the annual budgets. Review financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making. Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in Opex and Capex utilisation and work with Portfolio and Technology teams to implement the changes. Develop reporting for use by Portfolio, Technology and Finance to ensure transparency in use of budget allocations of Opex and Capex. Qualifications and Experience: Post graduate degree in Finance, Business administration or a related field: CA/MBA Finance. Minimum 8+ years of financial and business management experience. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced cloud engineer with exposure to FinOps & Cost Saving practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in cloud practices, FinOps principles, and cloud optimization tools. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with development teams leveraging CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and modern DevOps practices to deliver cost-effective, scalable solutions. Our cloud estate is 70% on GCP and the rest is on AWS, AZURE. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities - Collaborate with development teams utilizing CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and help them deploy cost effective solution - Deployment & integration of tools like IBM Turbonomic and Cloudability to monitor and optimize cloud expenditures. - Implement tagging, resource allocation, and governance best practices across cloud platforms. - Conduct periodic audits of cloud resources to identify and eliminate inefficiencies. - Stay up-to-date on pricing models, new services, and best practices for AWS, GCP, and Azure. - Build automated deployment pipelines & IAC Required Skills and Qualifications - Hands-on experience on GCP cloud platform - Knowledge of FinOps practices would be advantageous. - Expertise in managing cloud costs for GCP, AWS and Azure environments. - Hands-on experience with tools like IBM Turbonomic and Cloudability would be advantageous. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, and DevOps workflows. - Certification in GCP cloud platform is preferred. FinOps role: GCP Cost Management & Reporting: for HCD and Provider teams Own and enhance dashboards for GCP compute/storage cost visibility across 1213 applications. Utilize tools such as Apptio and Tableau or PowerBI dashboards to analyze and report costs. Set up and maintain views, filters, and account tagging in cost management tools. Work closely with the team lead to ensure cost attribution is accurate by using AD account names, application IDs, etc. Identify and resolve gaps in cost allocation logic. 2. Internal Operations Tool (Power Apps / Power BI / Tableau / Streamlit) Design and develop a lightweight operations portal/tool, using Power Apps (preferred), Streamlit, Tableau, or other front-end dashboard platforms. Support setup of environments and manage backend integration (e.g., uploading Excel data, managing metadata). Features will include: OKR tracking, contractor status, record-keeping, dashboarding. Help integrate with GCP or local data sources to ensure backend logic is robust and secure. 3. Querying & Data Transformation Use SQL/Python or GCP-native tools (e.g., BigQuery) to support data extraction and transformation. Build lightweight automation for data prep if required. Assist with validating data and transforming inputs for dashboard consumption.
