Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)

As an Apprentice in the Talent Acquisition team at Stratacent, located in Viman Nagar, Pune, you will be an integral part of our recruitment process for a duration of 12 months. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and contribute to various talent acquisition projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting in identifying qualified candidates through various channels, creating and posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records in the applicant tracking system, and supporting with recruitment metrics tracking and reporting. Additionally, you will help in maintaining the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with integrity, and the willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Being detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to new processes will be key to your success. Fresh graduates from colleges in 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply, and any prior exposure or training in the Talent Acquisition field will be considered an advantage.
