Your primary responsibilities will include: - Having a comprehensive understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) working, ensuring accurate deductions from employee salaries, filing TDS returns, and issuing Form 16 to employees. - Demonstrating knowledge of various salary components and the ability to restructure salary packages during the salary revision cycle. - Preparing salary revision letters for employees, ensuring clarity on new salary structures, benefits, and deductions. - Creating and issuing offer letters and appointment letters for new hires, ensuring accuracy in salary details, deductions, and statutory benefits. - Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, LWF, and other statutory deductions. - Managing employee benefits such as gratuity, leave encashment, and allowances, ensuring proper deductions and contributions. - Coordinating with auditors for salary audits and providing necessary documents and information for audit processes. - Creating and maintaining accurate employee profiles in the company's ERP system. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent qualification). - Strong understanding of salary components, the salary revision cycle, and experience with restructuring salary packages. - In-depth knowledge of statutory compliance related to TDS, PF, ESI, LWF, and other statutory deductions. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential employee data. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in creating and maintaining employee profiles in ERP systems.,

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process through various job portals. Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees information and ensure they are up to date and secure. Will be responsible for preparing offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, relieving letters etc. Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs. Develop and implement employee related policies and procedures for the company Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. Provide inputs during bonus and appraisal discussions Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems.
