Role & responsibilities

• Dynamics 365 CRM, Sales & Service, Field service experience.
• Deep understanding of core entities, customizations, JavaScript, Business Rules, Plugins and workflows.
• Power Platform Hands-on experience with Power Pages. Power Automate (flows), Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), SSIS.
• Azure Services Proficiency in Azure Function Apps, Azure SQL Database, App Services, Azure Storage, Logic Apps and Service Bus for integrations.
• Dataverse (Common Data Service) Experience in customizing and working with Dataverse.
• API & Integration Knowledge Familiarity with Dataverse Web API, REST, OData, Power Automate Connectors and SOAP services.
• Security & Authentication – Dynamics 365 Security Roles, Web Roles, Business Unit, Teams & Hierarchy Based Security, Understanding of OAuth, Azure AD, and role-based security models.
• Performance Optimization – Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Dynamics 365 applications.
• Power BI - Experience in integrating Power BI with Dynamics and create reports and visuals
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines automation for Dynamics 365 Deployments
• Source Control: GitHub, Azure DevOps
• CICD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability while maintaining an eye toward simplicity
• Ability to concisely convey ideas verbally, in writing, in code, and in diagrams
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as SCRUM
• Proficiency in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Mid to Sr Level / 5+ years Development experience
• Must be a self-starter, and ability to take independent action to achieve results. Highly developed critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• B.S. of Computer Science or related fields.
