Application Support Engineer - Jiffy

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Engineer to manage and support multiple invoice processing and development projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in production support, issue resolution, process automation, and working with tools like Jiffy and Python scripting.

Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support including:Running scheduled tasks based on received filesIssue resolution and root cause analysisHandling new change requests and enhancementsSupport and development in DEV environments for document and invoice processing (VOLVO & DXC projects)Ongoing support and development for Gatwick applicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and fixesUtilize Jiffy automation tool for process automation and monitoringWrite and maintain scripts in Python to automate repetitive support tasksDocument processes and provide clear communication on resolutions and updatesKeyskills:

Experience in unit testing, distributed systems, and API development is essential.
Requirements* Minimum 8 years of hands-on development experience in a role* Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, SoftwareEngineering, or a related field* Very good level of English communication (spoken and written)* Ability to work Indian Standard Time (IST) hours, with flexibility to adjust start timesduring onboarding to overlap with Australian business hours for the first week* Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver in a complex environment* Strong collaborative and leadership skills
