15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. - Workflow configuration and development - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - MXML configuration and development - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Interaction with users for Design and UAT sign off - Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong in XML based programming ( XSLT, Java, XML parsing ) - Good understanding of MXML Data Model - Good understanding of Operations workflows and Pre/post trade Workflows. - Experience in previous integration projects where developed API, trade/exchange workflows Technical Knowledge - Java, XML, XSL, Unix Scripting (Shell,Perl), SQL (TSQL/PL SQL), Messaging Queues (MQ, TIBCO) - Good understanding of Financial products - Good communication & Problem solving skills . Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
