Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the application design and development process effectively.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Analyze and resolve technical issues during the project lifecycle.- Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
