Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Identify and implement process improvements.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
