You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in SAP ABAP development.- Conduct code reviews and performance optimization to enhance application efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development.- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration with other systems.- Experience in developing custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development.- Hands-on experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development.- This position is based at our Nagpur office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
