You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues.- Provide guidance and expertise to team members on technological innovation and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Technological Innovation.- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications.- Experience in leading application development projects from inception to completion.- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Technological Innovation.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
