Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Oracle EBS Financials, Microsoft SQL Server Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Good experience in Core Banking domain with focus on General Ledger management, Financial and Regulatory reporting- Good experience in Oracle R12 e-Business Suite Financial Applications (GL, AP, FA and AR)- Knowledge in relational databases, business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP BI, Oracle SQL)- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements- Ensure timely delivery of projects Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials, Microsoft SQL Server- Strong understanding of database management systems- Experience in application development and configuration- Knowledge of software development lifecycle- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
